Returns and Refunds
At Petme, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at our email address with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened, including food products, grooming items, and bedding that has been used.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
